Is nothing sacred? Of course, this being Hollywood that was rhetorical question.

To be fair to THE RUNAWAYS, the song "Cherry Bomb" does pre-date TEACHERS by about 7 years. And, I might actually check out THE RUNAWAYS as I am a sucker for any film that delves into punk and / or glam rock.

Yeah, I am intrigued by what footage I've seen from THE RUNAWAYS film. Plus, I dig Michael Shannon and I heard he steals every scene he's in.

I'm still trying to get to see THE MISSING PERSON. I wish that film would show up on DVD already!

Michael Shannon is pretty great, indeed. I don't know THE MISSING PERSON--another Shannon vehicle?

Yep. THE MISSING PERSON is a small indie film where, reportedly, Shannon plays a Elliott Gould in THE LONG GOODBYE-esque private eye. I've read some good things about it but I believe it has only got very limited distribution so far.

Thanks for the tip on THE MISSING PERSON. Sounds very intriguing.
