I didn't even notice that one until looking at the ad again just now. FWIW, Ken Russell's THE BOYFRIEND, listed along with TRAVELS WITH MY AUNT, will be playing at the Walter Reade as part of FSLC's "Russellmania" retro later this month. There is apparently a remake of TRAVELS WITH MY AUNT scheduled for 2011.
'73 is a few years too early for me but I still love seeing those Times listings...did Cinema 5 become Walter Reade Theaters? I wonder. What I wouldn't give to go through Times movie listings from the late 70s--those are the days I first started to pay attention to those things.
I believe Cinema 5 and Walter Reade were separate theater chains operating into the '70s-'80s. The current Walter Reade theater at Lincoln Center opened in '91 and is named for the man who started the theater chain that bore his name up into the mid-'80s.

Is it bad that of all the movies listed the one I'd want to see first is "Travels with my Aunt"?
